Return and Refund Policy
At Fountain of You MD, we strive to provide the highest level of care and satisfaction with every service and product we offer. Due to the nature of medical aesthetics, wellness services, and prescription products, certain limitations apply regarding refunds and returns.
Services
All services, including but not limited to consultations, treatments, and packages, are non-refundable once rendered or initiated.
- Prepaid packages or series of treatments are non-refundable but may be credited toward other services within the clinic, subject to medical appropriateness and approval.
- If a medical provider determines a client is not a suitable candidate for a prepaid treatment, a credit may be issued toward other eligible services.
- No-shows or cancellations with insufficient notice may result in forfeiture of service or prepayment according to our Cancellation Policy.
Products
We accept returns of unopened, unused retail products within 14 days of purchase,
accompanied by the original receipt.
- Products must be in their original packaging and in re-sellable condition.
- Opened or used products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations, unless there is a documented allergic reaction or defect (proof may be required).
- Prescription products (e.g., compounded medications or hormone treatments) are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Refunds and Credits
- Approved product returns will be refunded to the original payment method or offered as a clinic credit, based on client preference.
- Clinic credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
- No cash refunds will be provided for services already performed.
Adverse Reactions and Dissatisfaction
If you experience an unexpected reaction to a treatment or product:
- Contact us within 72 hours of the service or use.
- A follow-up consultation may be scheduled with a provider to assess the concern.
- While we do not guarantee specific outcomes, we are committed to working with clients to ensure a positive experience and may offer corrective services when appropriate.
