Dr. Arbuckle’s intuitive approach to medicine includes educating and empowering his patients and their families to identify, treat and decrease their risk factors. He is an advocate for his patients and appreciates the complexity of the human condition and the process of aging.
He is loved by his patients due to his expertise and warm personality. Dr. Arbuckle’s gentle approach, friendly demeanor, and incomparable bedside manner are endearing to those around him.
Jeffrey Arbuckle, M.D. resides in the North End and enjoys spending time with his 4 children on the beaches of Virginia Beach. He is an avid practitioner of yoga, Pilates, and spin classes and practices an organic lifestyle.
Martha Pandajis, PA-C
Martha is a board-certified Physician Assistant whose educational experiences and personal journey with aesthetics have led to her joining our practice.
After graduating summa cum laude from Virginia Commonwealth University, Martha decided to continue her schooling to become a Master’s medical aesthetician. She worked in plastic surgery for several years before deciding to become a Physician Assistant. In 2021, she graduated from Eastern Virginia Medical School with a master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies.

She moved back to the area after living in Houston, TX, where she worked in Facial Plastic Surgery and specialized in cosmetic injectables, medical weight loss management, as well as hormone replacement and optimization. She is a member of the Society of Dermatological Physician Assistants (SDPA), Virginia Academy of Physician Assistants (VAPA), and American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA).
With her experiences and passion for aesthetics and hormone optimization, as well as training in general medicine, she strives to provide the best results and patient care possible. Patients enjoy her friendly bedside manner and appreciate her attention to detail. She strongly believes in patient education and continuing education for herself to stay up to date on advances in medicine.
In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband and their three dogs, visiting local historic sites, and providing education on aesthetics, weight loss management, and hormone optimization to her over 19k followers on social media.
Meghan Stufflebeem, PA-C
Meghan joined Fountain of You MD as a board-certified Physician Assistant in 2025 after spending over three years in critical care medicine. She is passionate about preventative health and wellness, bringing a wealth of experience to the practice. Meghan’s dedication to patient care is rooted in her holistic approach, emphasizing education and empowerment to help her patients achieve their healthiest selves.
A graduate of the College of William & Mary with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, Meghan went on to earn her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from Eastern Virginia Medical School in 2021. Her clinical career began in the critical care setting, where she provided specialized care to critically ill patients in the Cardiothoracic Surgery ICU. Her expertise includes the management of life-threatening conditions, invasive procedures, and patient and family education, all while maintaining a compassionate and empathetic bedside manner.

Prior to becoming a Physician Assistant, Meghan taught upper elementary students and became the Head of School locally in Virginia Beach. Her experience in education has shaped her patient care approach, focusing on individualized support and fostering an environment of continuous learning. Meghan is also a certified yoga instructor, holding her RYT-500 designation, and has taught yoga in the Virginia Beach community since 2007. She incorporates her passion for movement and mindfulness into her practice, encouraging a balanced approach to health and well-being for both herself and her patients.
Outside of her professional life, Meghan enjoys hiking, traveling, gardening, yoga, and CrossFit. She resides in Virginia Beach with her husband and three children, where they all embrace an active lifestyle. Meghan is excited to bring her expertise and dedication to Fountain of You MD, where she looks forward to helping patients achieve optimal health and wellness.
Kelsey Torcom, Licensed Master Esthetician
Kelsey is a Licensed Master Esthetician with over 4 years of professional experience in the aesthetics industry. After completing her esthetic education at Central Oklahoma College in 2019, she continued to refine her skills and expand her scope of practice, earning her Master Esthetician License from the Chrysm Institute of Esthetics in 2022.
Kelsey developed a passion for skincare after struggling with her own skin concerns for many years. Her first role as an acne specialist deepened her commitment to helping others achieve clear, healthy skin. Since then, she has continued to grow her expertise, focusing on anti-aging treatments and becoming a certified laser technician.
