Fountain of You MD is a self pay clinic. While we do not bill insurance directly, we can provide documentation for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. We accept HSA funds and offer financing through CareCredit and Cherry.
We also proudly offer a 10% hormone therapy discount for verified Military, Law Enforcement, Firefighters, and EMS personnel. This applies to TRT injections for men and topical hormone therapy for women and does not apply to pellet therapy. Be sure to mention eligibility so we can apply the discount appropriately.
